Please proceed as follows:

1st Register Register in the system once and then log in via “Login”.

2. Please note the deadlines for redemption of medicinal recipes. (See illustration)

If the prescription does not start on time, the order is invalid. This can usually be made valid again by changing the date of issue or by removing the cross from the "urgent treatment required" box. Both changes can only be made by the doctor and must be confirmed with a stamp and doctor's signature before the first appointment.

3. Select the prescribed service from the list or overview.

4. Choose your desired date and, if necessary, the preferred time of day. Using the "Search for days" tab, you can display several free appointments on different days. Click on "Search for appointment!"

5. Select your preferred date from the dates displayed. Please always book half or full hour . (possibly also quarter and three-quarter) If no appointments are displayed, please try another day or another time of day.

6. Please book the total number of the prescribed appointments, but a maximum of 12 appointments.

7. At cancellation of appointments applies:
Appointments can free of charge until 24 hours before the agreed appointment Cancellations can be made no later than 6 p.m. the day before. less than 24 hours before the appointment, we will charge a fee according to § 615 BGB loss account in the amount of the planned treatment value. We accept cancellations exclusively by telephone and that online scheduling module Cancellations via email cannot be processed and are considered as not cancelled!
